Privacy Policy

1. Summary

The App works offline and stores everything you create only on your iPhone. We do not collect, receive, sell or share any personal data entered into the App.

2. What the App stores on your iPhone

• projects (name, type, optional client or site name, address typed as plain text, dates, currency, units, status, notes);
• zones, measurements, work plan tasks and checklists;
• material items, calculator inputs and results, procurement status, budget and expenses;
• progress photos you choose and their captions;
• reminders and your settings.

This information never leaves your device through the App. We have no access to it.

3. Photos

You can add progress photos through the iOS photo picker. The App receives only the pictures you select and keeps copies inside the App on your device. The App does not use the camera and cannot see the rest of your photo library. Deleting a photo in the App does not delete the original in your library.

4. Notifications

If you create a reminder for a task, purchase or delivery, the App asks for permission to show notifications. Reminders are scheduled on the device; no server is used. If you refuse, all other features keep working.

5. Export and sharing

PDF and CSV reports are created on your iPhone. They leave the device only when you save them to Files or send them through the Share Sheet, and only to the place you choose. Exporting does not change or delete your data in the App.

6. No account, analytics, advertising or tracking

The App has no registration or login, contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and does not use your location or contacts. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before the new version is released.

7. Deleting your data

You can delete individual items, or all data at once with Settings → Delete All Local Data. Deleting the App also removes its data from the iPhone, and we cannot restore it. Files you exported earlier and original photos in your library are not affected. Your iPhone's own backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) may include App data; this is managed by Apple and your device settings.

8. When you contact us

If you write to us at build@milbet.dev, we receive your email address and your message and use them only to answer you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing support, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months, and we do not share it with third parties except our email hosting provider.

9. This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts. Our hosting provider may keep technical server logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for a short time for security and to keep the site working.

10. Children

The App is a work and planning tool for adults and is not directed at children under 16.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because the App does not send us any data, you control App data directly on your iPhone. For personal data we hold (for example your emails to us), contact build@milbet.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
